  • Wingspan: 3.7 to 4.5 ft.
  • Habitat : Wetland forests in North and South America
  • Conservation Status: Least Concern (Population increasing)
  • Fun Fact: Swallow-tailed kites nest almost exclusively in loblolly pine trees, but they will settle for a bald cypress if they need to!
